Looking for a beautiful, relaxed place to call home near the beach? We’ve got two spacious double rooms available in our large 5-bedroom house – perfect for someone who enjoys a laid-back, friendly vibe with a touch of creative flair.

You’ll be sharing with a lovely mother-daughter duo and our much-loved indoor pets (cats and dogs – all friendly and full of personality!). Our home is warm, colourful, and full of character, offering a peaceful escape in a quiet, leafy estate just 600m from the beach and only a 3-minute drive to Roslyn Bay Marina – the gateway to the breathtaking Keppel Islands. We’re also just 8 minutes from the Yeppoon town centre, and there's a bus stop right outside for your convenience.

What’s on offer:

Two large, comfortable double bedrooms available

Your own shared bathroom and seperate toilet, shared only with one other flatmate (guests may occasionally use the toilet and bathroom)

All linen and bedding provided – just move in and settle in

Access to common areas, including:

A large kitchen, offering a fridge, stove and limited crockery and cutlery. A large bathroom including a bath, shower and hand basin.

Located in a quiet, beautifully manicured estate with walking paths and picnic areas – ideal for beach walks, dog outings, or a peaceful evening stroll

Pet-friendly vibes – our fur babies are part of the family, and we’d love for you to feel at home around them too

Our home is perfect for someone friendly, tidy, and easygoing who values a relaxed, respectful household and enjoys a coastal lifestyle with creative energy.

Rent INCLUSIVE of normal bills (reasonable use), high speed internet etc, gardening. Worth approx $90-100/week. House has airconditioning in common areas for climate control as well as solar to resonably assist with management of utility bills
