A short walk to shopping facilities, two universities and tafes within a 10-15 minute drive and enjoy living in a nice, quiet area!
The communal areas are newly furnished, and feature all new floorings and a fresh paint job. Your room would be at the opposite end of the unit to mine, allowing for as much or as little interaction as we are in the mood for.
There is plenty of storage space available for your linen, kitchenware etc.
There is also a decent sized yard 🍂
The bedroom available has an reverse aircon/heater, ceiling fan and stand alone wardrobe. It is currently furnished with a double bed and two bedside tables. The room is 3mx3m.
Washing machine and dryer available.
Parking would be on the street in front of the property

I am a 26yo woman working full time in the public service. I have a social science degree and would be your only housemate. I am looking for a lodger- preferably around my age! Ideally someone that is looking to stay for a few months while they’re on placement or other short term circumstances. I would be open to extending this to a longer period for the right person✨
I am fairly social, I like to go for hikes and picnics with my friends and we go to the pub once a week to play trivia. But also love hanging at home and watching movies or doing craft.
