•We have a 4 bedroom home and are looking to find one or two others to share with. All rooms are roughly the same size. Rooms 1 and 2 are currently furnished with double beds, room 3 is furnished with a single bed (rooms can be furnished or unfurnished). All rooms have windows with fly screens, ceiling fans and built in wardrobes. Each room has pillows, blankets, sheets, towels, and a laundry basket available if desired.

•There is air conditioning and heating in the main living areas which seems to reach bedrooms reasonably well.

•The kitchen is supplied with basic kitchen supplies (plates, bowels, cutlery, pots & pans ect) and you would be welcome to add to this.
The bathroom spaces would only be shared if an additional person moved in later down the track, and the toilet and main bathroom have locks on the doors (my partner and I have our own bathroom).

•To keep things comfortable for everyone, common areas, like the bathrooms and kitchen, are kept clean and are well-maintained. It is expected that everyone clean up after themselves, especially after using the kitchen.

•Weekly rent advertised is an estimate including bills (can either include bills or be less per week + paying bills as they come in).

•You'd also have access to the washing machine which can be used freely at anytime.

•Shorter stays can be discussed

•Smoking is ok outside.
