Must be clean, respectful and trustworthy , Would prefer easy going, down to earth flat mate . You will have a furnished room with desk and chair, smart tv, queen bedroom suite. You will also have your own bathroom. Internet will be provided at no cost. Electricity will be the only utility bill required and that will be split.
