The home is a brand new home. It has a large kitchen and new appliances.
It is a lovely quiet area 5 minutes drive from central Wodonga.
Each bedroom is large, with built in wardrobes. There are 3 rooms available for rent. 2 are furnished with a queen size bed, the other with a double bed. The house has 2 separate living areas. You would share a living area and a bathroom with the other flatmates. We would all share the kitchen and laundry.
You would need to be a neat and clean person.
Parking would be on street parking.
Price per week includes all bills and internet.

About the flatmates
Hi,
I’m a 42 year old Teacher. I work full time. I have 2 well trained dogs (border collies) who will live in the property and spend time both inside and outside. The property is not fully fenced at this point. Sorry I can’t have other pets in the property for this reason.
I like to spend some of my weekends hiking, paddle boarding in summer, and at the snow in winter.
I enjoy catching up with flatmate’s socially, but am also happy if people want to keep to themselves. I would prefer flatmate’s who work full time.
The rooms would work well for a group of 3 friends due to the shared living and bathroom arrangement, but if individuals wish to apply you will also have a say in who shares the space.
I am not interested in anyone who smokes or vapes. No drugs, and this is not a party house.
