Environment:
This is a safe clean family home environment with all the same room expectations as a typical house or flat. Please be aware that we have two fur babies' a pug and a chihuahua.

There are 3 bathrooms 2 being shared one upstairs and one downstairs.
The shared common areas, full kitchen, living space, office, with laundry washing machine and clothes line that are downstairs.

The kitchen leads to the large undercover outdoor deck area, barbecue and pool, where it is lovely to read a book, relax, have a nap or have some you time.
The home is in a nice area in a nice safe community.

Commute:
It is a 3-minute walk to the local cafe shop, and gym. The bus is at the end of the street, and it is a 3-minute train from Emu Plains Station to Penrith Westfields and shopping centre. The commute to the city is 1 hour or Parramatta 30 minutes. Nepean river is at the bottom of the hill if you like water sports kayaking, boating, jet skiing, biking, walking tracks etc.

Tennant:
As a potential tennant we would prefer a fulltime worker, Mature aged individual, Retiree or a single mum with one child who is clean, safe and respectful of others. Non-smoking, vaping free, drug free individual. This house is a quiet respectful environment which accommodates shift workers, contract workers, RN’s, AIN’s, PCA’s or Health professionals in general.

We are very respectful of all we share space with we ask you are the same type of individual. If you require bed linens and towels etc this is a service that can be agreed on by arrangement.
