As the kitchen is open plan, preference for people who don't do alot of deep frying in seed oils

Lobethal is a picturesque town of 2000p, with Christmas festivals and many neighbouring townships surrounded by wineries and cellar doors. (Woodside, gumeracha, Basket range, Lenswood, Verdun).
The town has in walking distance - bakeries, cafes, pharmacy, supermarket, doctors, pubs etc. The house is on a hill overlooking the township, so lots of natural light.
