*As the kitchen is open plan, not a fit if you cook with seed oils or regularly fry foods.* Splatter has been an issue and we keep the kitchen clean

Rooms are newly renovated, Fully furnished, bedding, and kitchenware/tableware all taken care off
Bills and utilities are included in the rent including internet. Gardening taken care off.

Lobethal is a picturesque town of 2000p, with Christmas festivals and many neighbouring townships surrounded by wineries and cellar doors. (Woodside, gumeracha, Basket range, Lenswood, Verdun).
The town has in walking distance - bakeries, cafes, pharmacy, supermarket, doctors, pubs etc. The house is on a hill overlooking the township, so lots of natural light.
