Looking for a relaxed and tidy housemate to share this spacious home in Lobethal.

The house is walking distance from the Lobethal main street, which caters for everything you may need from bakeries, cafe, pub, supermarket etc. The occupant will have two private rooms available to them, (one as a bedroom and the other may be used as an officee space or whatever you'd like to do with it). Would be a perfect place for someone working in the hills, or if not, just a 40 minute drive into town.

The rooms offer plenty of natural light and have outlooks onto vineyards, as well as built in robes and a queen size bed available. **wallpaper will be removed prior to housemate moving in. It is a large shared bathroom with plenty of storage and shelving
