The house quite big and is newly renovated. There is the main house with a big living room and a kitchen. There is 2 bedrooms downstairs, I am in the upstairs bedroom. The shower, bathroom and toilet are located down stairs next to a study/music area. The house is completely furnished, just the bedrooms that are not furnished. There is a 3 room back shed which is a work/storage area, a pool table room and a toilet area. Behind the shed is a back yard. The house is 2 minute walk to blue bay shops, a 4 minute walk to Toowoon bay beach and we have awesome neighbours. Plenty of parking in the driveway and front of the property.

About the flatmates
Hey I am Ben, I have been living in this house for 6 months and it’s unreal. Unfortunately due to a relationship break up I need to find a housemate. I am 26 years old, I work as a carpenter and in my free time I’m either playing golf, fishing or at the pub. I have one female housemate ready to move in however we are looking for one more housemate. We both work all week but like to enjoy the house when we can and host friends over for dinner and drinks. There is a pool table and hang out area in the back shed also which is where we spend a lot of time.
