About the property
We have a brand new, spacious house in Lucas. The kitchen is well equipped and in pristine condition, with a dishwasher, gas stove, and oven.
We have washing and drying machines and all the basics to keep everything in top shape.
Our favourite feature is the gas-based fireplace, which creates that cosy cottage vibe. That, plus the ducted heating, keeps us warm in whatever weather Ballarat throws at us.
It is a house where we don't wear street shoes inside and is decorated with care and love.
We are working on the landscaping and fire pit, but we will get to that soon...

The house is super tidy and we hope you help to keep it like that.
There might be one or two more housemates sharing the bathroom with you.
We expect a commitment from everyone to clean after themselves and be respectful at all times.
