Offering a spacious residential home that is next door to where I live. Short to medium or longer stays are ok. (minimum 2 weeks). I can offer small storage shed. There are 2 other bedrooms currently occupied by single occupants.
All bedrooms have built in wardrobes and ceiling fans, bedside table, reading lamp, the main living, kitchen and dinning areas are air conditioned and ceiling fans throughout. I will maintain gardens, lawns, maintenance and some general cleaning regularly. All essential household items are provided. Electricity, WiFi, clean linen, blankets, pillows, towels, dish washing liquid, garbage bags and toilet paper. There are 3 large refrigerators, plenty of personal storage space in the food pantries and a large well equipped kitchen and a BBQ. The home is offered to paying residents only, multiple car park spaces, this is not a party house, no other overnight guests permitted without consent, all house share etiquette, tidiness, music sound, TV sound and respect must be maintained. This home is in a part of Bucasia (Northern Beaches area of Mackay) that is very quiet and safe, and is also in close proximity to the beautiful Bucasia Beach, 10 to 15 minutes drive normally to Mackay CBD and 20 minutes drive to Paget the main industrial area of Mackay. There is a bus stop close to the house for public transport into the city. Equivalent to 1 week rent is required as security deposit, and 1 week rent up front, there is a minimum 2 week stay.
