About the property
Very big house with a beautiful outdoor area. Close proximity to the city centre and a relatively quiet neighbourhood. Although all bedrooms are occupied it doesn’t feel overcrowded as all tenants work a lot of hours and it’s a large house. The house is cleaned regularly and I am very particular with keeping things clean, all tenants will be required to clean up after themselves and do some house chores also

About the flatmates
I am 27 years old currently work away in the mines on a 7/7 roster. On my time off I am at the gym, teaching jiu jitsu, training, studying or in the backyard doing gardening. I have 3 other room mates that are staying to do their regional work to extend their visa. All very health conscious and a no party household.
