Tis a 3 bedroom cosy home, also with two big decks where you can lie on the hammock or sit and listen to the birds and the wind in the trees. There is a yard with a couple of mango trees and the home has a peaceful vibe. On those days it does get very hot, there are two large AirCons in the home which cool the whole house when needed. One of the best parts is also the location, as it is only around 8 minutes walk to the jetty to catch a passenger ferry, and approximately 12 minutes walk to the Golf Club. Hello Islander! I am an easy going person, born in the 80’s, with a cosy three bedroom home that is walking distance to the jetty, and has the most wonderful afternoon breeze come through the house every afternoon. For the right person I am looking for a working female who is interested in renting one room. I work in social work management & community development, and travel interstate for work a lot, which means you benefit in having the place to yourself most of the time over the next six months. When I am home I enjoy island life of going out for tea with friends, swimming at high tide and pottering around the house and yard. You would be responsible, respectful and reliable person, and be able to provide references. Wifi and power would be included in your weekly rent. To me, home on the island is a place of peace and harmony, so you would be someone who also likes to keep life simple and happy :)
