Also suitable for students and those on short term work placements.
The home is situated on a large block with a productive and much-loved garden. The house is surrounded by wide verandas, perfect for a cup of tea or a beer after a long day.
The house contains three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living spaces/lounge rooms, dining room, kitchen and separate laundry. Essentially, lots of space to read, eat or relax.
Being central to Maffra, the home is 10-15 minutes’ walk or a 2 min drive to shops, supermarkets, library, gym, pool, tennis courts, restaurants and everything Maffra has to offer.
Rent is $220 per room/person, per week. Rent one or both rooms.
