About the flatmates
The landlord is a very light drinker, non smoker, clean and tidy and require the same from housemates.
The other long term tenant is a private charter and uber driver who mainly works nights and is resting in his room otherwise. He is a non smoker and occasional drinker when his driving permits so not often. He (Chris) also does a very good deal for airport transfers for FIFO workers.
