About the property
Large queen sized bedroom with your own bathroom and toilet . Modern home in a very quite street just 2 mins walk away from the mandurah forum shopping centre and 1 min walk from recreation and aquatic centre , just a 5min drive to the train station.
The room is very light and airy with a great vibe throughout.
I’ve had a flatmate for awhile but unfortunately he is moving into state so looking for someone working full time or fifo . Someone who likes to keep to themselves . Previous house mate had a tv antenna installed in the bed room so you can access all stations and some streaming services .
I have minimal storage space in my garage also to the right applicant.
The house is a 3x2 and has a nice little patio area out the back for taking it easy.

I’m a 55 year women I work locally as a hairdresser and I share with my adorable frenchie Lucy.
I work 4 days a week and go to the gym 4-5 times a week.
The mandurah recreation centre is just 30 secs away and the shopping centre is 3 min walk , train station is also walking distance . I’m fairly social although after a full day talking I also enjoy that down time. Looking for someone similar. I keep neat tidy home but I’m not over the top , I’ve mellowed over the years . No party animals please 🙏.
No smokers , no couples sorry .
