As an Introduction, I am a 28 M, who works in HR, some days i work from home and others in the City.

I am originally from Cairns QLD, lived and studied overseas in Japan for a year, and now reside in Melbourne.
I have experience living in share houses, with both males and females. I am respectful of others, clean and tidy.

I generally keep to myself, however I am up for chats with house mates. I enjoy the occasional outing and group activities (Huge board game fan), reading, computers and traveling.

I have an Indoor Cat (Pure Bred Ragdoll) so cat lovers are a plus. She mainly stays in my room.

The beautiful home faces on to the Manor Lakes green strip, and is an incredibly close walk to the shopping centre (10 min walk) and train station. (Less than a 5 minute walk). Approx 40 minutes train to City.
Approx 2 minutes walk to the lake.

The house comes with a full equip kitchen, large pantry and space for everyone to cook and store food. Living room has a Large Plasma screen tv for communal use and Superfast Fiber to the premises Internet is included on the property (Wifi). Additionally comes with a Washer, Dryer and Dishwasher.
There is a front office space, a large outdoor patio area and garden that can be used.
The house is quite large with plenty of space for house mates to have their privacy.

All rooms come with a bed desk, and each room has a lock on their doors for piece of mind.

All rooms 3 rooms for rent share a large bathroom and a separated WC.
