- Room 5 AVAILABLE 9th February (picture 4, 5, 15) for 2 people ($190 per person): 1x queen bed, clothes/belongings storage in room, bedside tables and lamp, air conditioning, smart TV with wifi for streaming apps, private kitchen and dining area with all cooking equipment and fridge.

2km to nearest grocery store (IGA). This will be operated as a share house, commonly for people travelling through Mareeba and working in the area for a few months at a time, and sometimes they chose to stay longer. I am particular in who gets a room; they must be clean, polite and respectful. I also respond to any complaints quickly, and ensure the house dynamic is always friendly. This house poses a great opportunity to meet new people that have traveled the world.

This house was renovated 3 years ago, and has a very spacious living room and bedrooms. House has 2 toilets, 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchens. Only the living area and bedroom 5 has A/C at the moment. The property is fully fenced and has a spacious back yard.

The house is FULLY furnished from top to bottom. You will have everything you need from cooking utensils to bedding supplies - just bring yourself and your suit case. WIFI, electricity, water and yard/garden maintenance all included in price.

All bedrooms are large, will have furniture with all new bed linen and protectors. I am very reasonable about who I let in the house as I want the environment to be friendly. I am also willing to prioritize people if they are known friends/family of existing or applying tenants so that there are friendly faces in the house. I also set share houses up so that everyone has their own toiletry, laundry, and kitchen baskets so that everyone can keep their stuff separate. This way the kitchen, laundry and bathroom will stay tidy and clutter-free.
