About the property
Spacious and bright, nestled into a large bush block and pretty private. A wooden deck runs along 3 sides of the house. Amazing insulated, with a superb fireplace. Maybe the warmest house in the mountains! :D
On the east side of Medlow Bath, about a 10 minute walk to the station (or local cafe).
The house has a large open living space and an upstairs communal space. Also has a beautiful (hybrid) piano (but no TV in the common space). There's a dedicated workout space with a bunch of stuff for resistance training.
The pics are actually from a real estate site when the place last got sold, but although the contents have changed they give the right impression. Your bathroom is shared with 1 other.

About the flatmates
There are a guy and a girl living here presently. We are happy, easy-going folk, easy to communicate with and we love living here in the upper mountains. I work as a consulting arborist, my work is split between site visits and the desk at home. I'm doing some online study too. I enjoy climbing, riding, and keeping fit (the attached garage is now basically a workout space ;) The other housemate works for NPWS, and also loves getting out and about in nature. And we can't forget Juno the Malamute, who lives outside wondering what he's doing here in the southern hemisphere! He's a very very friendly hound!
