About the flatmates
I occasionally work from home and travel for work. I have a cat so no pets. I live up stairs and share with another female who rents downstairs. Nice big bedrooms and great big bathroom downstairs. There is a patio outside the bedroom and sliding doors and small garden. 4 mins to beach. Parking on street. I would prefer someone who works in mining and FIFO or rostered. Must have full time work but not from home. Beautiful modern apartment close to beach. Kitchen upstairs but I can organize cooking facilities downstairs for added privacy and convenience. Fridge downstairs and storage space for groceries, etc.
I am easy going, fairly quiet and keep to myself. Prefer quiet and respectful person to share with.
