Small private room in a small 2 bedroom apartment located in Melbourne CBD right near QV. Living with me, the owner - Peter, 39 year old Australian guy.
Length of stay is flexible.
The room is SMALL (2.75m by 2.2m).

- Small built in wardrobe, small desk, office chair, & heater.
The apartment is also SMALL with a combination kitchen, dining, laundry and living area.

- Living room TV.
- Reverse aircon and heating (living room).
You MUST have good hygiene. You MUST be clean and tidy. And PLEASE help with the housework a bit every week =)

I am very happy for you to have visitors.
But please be careful about making noise late at night. You can't really have parties here.
No smokers, or vaping, or problem drinkers.
