PRIVATE ROOM (as in photo). No bond is required. Instead, you pay rent up front. Clean & friendly; quiet house with very respectful flatmates. We often wash each other's kitchen dishes & clean common areas like toilet and balcony and living room almost everyday so when we wake up the house is always looking good.
We buy whatever is required for the house by ourselves and share with our flatmates (washing powder, tissue, kitchen napkins etc.
Fully furnished house with:
- washing machine,
- fridge,
- microwave, etc
Coles is just across the road. We even have Spencer Street Mall with better deals than Bourke Street.

About the flatmates
Looking for one or two persons to stay minimum 3 months or more. Private room ($360pw per person). We're quiet, tidy and work hard. Not a party house. We clean up after each other as well.
Ideally you'd sleep early, be clean, tidy; respectful too.
This is a PRIVATE room, but shared is available as well. Enquire for details.
NO BOND, only rent (minimum 2-3 months stay, negotiable longer, but not less than 2 months)
However before moving in, you need to pay rent 4weeks upfront x 2.
We love the outdoors, cooking, watching movies; playing sports; dancing. We sleep early; work quite a lot.
