About the property
Very nice👌 room right in the center of Melbourne with excellent views (sunrise direction!). The flat's on the 58th floor, high enough for the street noise to be bearly noticeable, and within walking minutes of Melbourne Central, RMIT, Victoria Market and Flinders.
The room is the big one in the appartment and has a built in wardrobe, but is as of now unfurnished. I'd however be happy to help arrange for furniture before move-in, if interested (a decent new mattres & bed frame would probably be around 200$ each). The appartment itself is fully equipped.
All the standart big building facilities (Gym, Pool, Sauna, etc.) are included. Some bills are included.
***The landlord also just raised the rent, and it's now fixed for the next 12 months***

I'm an overseas PhD student and have been living round Melbourne for a good two years now.
I'm a relaxed, active guy and usually have more things I'd like to do than I have time for and end up rather busy. Be happy to hang out in the evenings sometimes as well though :)
