About the flatmates
You will share the flat with a female IT professional from Latin America, working full-time. I enjoy watching movies, using the gym/pool facilities in the building, and sharing a meal occasionally. I consider myself mostly introverted. I love going for walks when the weather allows and hanging out with friends some weekends. I'm an early bird, so I prefer someone who is not active or noisy during the night and who values a quiet and respectful environment, especially during sleeping hours.
This is not a party house, and no guests are allowed. I value the cost of things and respect for others, so I'm looking for someone with a similar mindset: responsible, clean, and able to follow simple rules for a healthy flatmate relationship.
If this sounds like you, you are clean, responsible with paying rent on time, and understand that the bond is not to be used for the last days of rent, I would love to hear from you to arrange an inspection.
