About the property

Victoria One, one of the best apartments in CBD.
Location: CBD, Victoria One (462 Elizabeth st.), the most convenient spot in all of Melbourne. Right across from Victoria Market, behind RMIT, 3 minutes from Melbourne Central Station, surrounded by a variety of famous restaurants, and supermarkets.

*The balcony is quite spacious. The apartment offers a free swimming pool (25m Lap Pool), steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, gym and a studying room.
I compared several CBD apartments before, and Victoria One's swimming pool, sauna, and steam room are truly amazing, I use them frequently myself ❤
*Fully furnished with bedding, pots and pans, air fryer (I bought it for the previous roommate who wanted one), oven, dishwasher, microwave.
*Other apartment facilities include a rooftop cinema, a function room for parties, and a study centre for silent work.

About the flatmates

Looking for two roommates for two private rooms (one each). $380/$260

I'm Thyme, a student from Taiwan, currently in my first year studying Resort and Hotel Management at William Angliss. Ideally, I would love to become friends with my roommates like before and enjoy a happy co-living experience. However, whether we become friends or not cannot be forced. But I hope my roommates meet the following conditions at least:
1. Kindness and respect towards others we live with, and a willingness to communicate.
2. I don't have OCD and won't mind how tidy your room is, but shared spaces should not be disgusting. Dirty dishes should be washed the same day, toilet stains should be cleaned by oneself, and moldy food should not stay in the fridge.
3. Let's do recycle together; we only have one planet.
Non-essential ideal bonus points:
1. Has a good sense of humor LOL
