2 Bed 2 Bath Apartment in Melbourne CBD - Looking for a single/couple to share a house with (long term 12 months)
Sadly my housemate is moving interstate so we've got a room and private bathroom available in our spacious (by city standards), light-filled apartment that we've called home for over 3.5 years! The details:
- Your half of the rent will be $420 (for single) and $540 (for couples) per week
- Bills split evenly on top (avg $120-$150 pp pcm)
- Basement parking + huge storage cage available
- All furniture and white goods are ours - you can choose to bring your own or keep the bed/desk/chair if you wish
- Located right opposite Southern Cross Station next to heaps of buses and trams 86 and 96
- Short distance to all trams running through Spencer Street, the SkyBus and V/Line
- Local coles, bottle shop, shopping centre, car hire are right across the street
- Amenities in the building aplenty - gym, heated pool, sauna, spa, teppanyaki kitchen, etc.
- Current lease is until April 2026 and can be extended by 12 months
You'd be living with me: I'm Unnati (27), work full time for the government, usually in the office 2 days a week and working from home the rest. When I'm not working I'm either volunteering, at the gym, or running! I'm pretty easy going and don't mind being social with housemates for drinks/dinners but equally like my downtime and respect other's privacy.
Would prefer to share the house with a single or a couple (no pets, please) similarly in their mid-late 20s/early 30s who are clean, moderately social, values personal space and clear communication.
Ideally looking for someone to move in mid February but can be flexible! You'll go on the lease and pay the bond amount; the whole works, which can be discussed with the real estate agent down the line, should you choose to move in!
