Suitable for two female friends to share the room at $826 per month per person (about $190 per week per person)
Or $1,448 per month (about $333 per week), to live in the room by yourself.
Bond is also same as a monthly rent.
Available to move in from 16th February onwards. Minimum 6 months. Prefer long term lease.
Share all bills. Bill is generally around $60-75 per month per person.
Including yourself will be a total of three or four girls living together. The other housemates are female Korean students. You will be sharing bathroom with one of the girls. All of you share the kitchen area, there’re no other shared living areas.
Features free access to gym, swimming pool, sauna, library, outdoor BBQ, rock climbing, plus 24 hours patrolling security and concierge service (parcel holding service) in the apartment.
Preference for a female Asian background. Sorry not suitable for male, couples and those with pets.
