– Bedroom with 2 single beds
– Spacious and clean layout
– Big built-in wardrobe

– Large living room, comfy couch, smart TV

– Rice cooker, gas stove, oven, microwave,air fryer, big fridge

– Room : $ 290 per week/ per person

– Paid every 2 weeks

– Bond: 2 weeks

– Minimum stay: 1 month

👩 Ideal Housemate:

– Clean, respectful, responsible, quiet after 11pm (I start my shift early in the morning)

– No smoking, No e-smoking, No weed

- No night shifters, similar routine preferred.

– No parties inside, but apartment facilities (private dinning rooms, garden lounge) are available for fun party and can invite friends as well!
