Two-bedroom apartment opposite the Supreme Court of Victoria.
The apartment has a desk space, large kitchen island with stools, 3-seater couch, large TV, a small dining space and balcony. The bathroom is a decent size for a CBD apartment and has a combined washer-dryer.
The building has a pool, gym, BBQ areas, library and group study rooms.
The building is near trams, and not far from Flagstaff Gardens, Flagstaff Station and Southern Cross Station.
I'm not charging rent, just asking for $100/week to cover bills, because I'm looking for someone willing to help out with approximately 7 hours of chores per week (e.g., basic meal prep, cleaning, laundry, and ironing). See the photos for the full list of chores.
Ideal flatmate:
1. similar sleep schedule (8:30pm - 4:45am, even on weekends)
2. speaks Mandarin Chinese and up for a chat occasionally
3. positive, considerate and hard working
4. enjoys doing house chores

About the flatmates
I'm a 33-year-old lawyer. I've just spent the past 15 months in China studying advanced Mandarin (HSK 7-9) and ideally want to find a Mandarin-speaking flatmate. I get up at 4:45am every day to study Chinese and gym before work. I spend most of my weekends studying and working out. I'm usually out during the day so you would have the place to yourself most of the time.
