About the property
Looking for an occupant/couple to rent out my room while I'm away on an overseas trip. The room will be available from March 1st, 2026 up until March 28th, 2026 for a period of 4 weeks.
This apartment is well located in the CBD area close to Southern Cross train station for an easy commute around Melbourne and a tram stop just below the building with frequent trams to get around the CBD area for free. Perfect for any working professional, students and working holiday travellers.
The apartment comes fully equiped with all basic amenities to have a comfortable stay with unlimited fast NBN internet. My room is fully furnished so you don't have to worry about buying your own furniture. The building also has additional amenities to make your stay even more comfortable with GYM, Swimming pool and a sauna which will be available to you for use.
With a great view of the CBD this place is perfect for someone planning to visit Melbourne or in need of a short term stay.
Rent will be paid on a weekly basis with one week rent as deposit which will be returned promptly on vacating the room in good condition.
Open to discuss even shorter stay but minimum stay will be 2 weeks.
I will be organising inspection on demand but for someone overseas I can send a short video tour.

You will be sharing the apartment with another Male occupant, a British national working full time as a Sommelier in CBD. He is pretty chill and quiet and would love to talk about Wine if that interests you but respects privacy :)
