Hi everyone, I’m looking to transfer my lease as soon as possible and I’m posting on behalf of my roommate, who you will be sharing the apartment with.

* The room is available from now on (you can directly move in after the lease transfer worked out).
* Rent: A$1,455.50/month per room (A$2,911/month total), excluding bills Approx. A$336/week per room (excluding bills)
* Bond: A$1,412.50
* Bills: approximately A$100/month
* The lease is currently month-to-month.
* Lease transfer fee: A$295 total, to be split between us (A$147.50 each).

* 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment
* Located in the heart of the city at 199 William St, with tram 58 right outside the apartment and trams 86/96 within walking distance. Cafes and eateries nearby.
* 5 min tram ride to Queen Victoria Market and 10 min to the University of Melbourne and Royal Melbourne Hospital.
* Access to rooftop pool, gym, and study area/library.
* Fully furnished with a washing machine/dryer, microwave, mini oven, fridge, A/C, and TV. We also have a small balcony :)

* Comes with one bedside table, a small shelf, and a queen-sized bed
