The property is located in a convenient yet quiet part of the Melbourne CBD. If you prefer to avoid crowded areas such as Swanston Street or Spencer Street—while still having easy access to the city—this would be an ideal place for you.
The apartment is located at 39 Lonsdale Street, within a student-accommodation complex that has clear rules and expectations. The building feels safe and remains generally quiet at night. It is only a 2-minute walk to Parliament Station and the beautiful Parliament Gardens and 5-minute to China Town and QV. The surrounding area is noticeably calmer and less congested compared to busy streets like Elizabeth or Swanston Street.
This is a two-bedroom apartment with a shared bathroom. I do not plan to rent to couples or multiple occupants. I am looking for one female tenant only, meaning there will be just two people in total, allowing for greater privacy and personal space.
Utilities are included in the rent except for electricity, provided they are used mindfully. Please note that internet is not available.

The place is available from the 1st February and if you are a full-time worker or a student with part-time job, you will love this apartment!
