My roommate is moving out to move in with his partner 😔, so I'm looking for a roommate in my 2 bedroom apartment in the middle of Melbourne.

The building is EQ Tower at 135 A’beckett street, Melbourne on the 9th floor:
Apartment:
- Room is as shown in photo (a bed does need to be bought so that’s up to you)
- Rent-exclusive is 325 weekly and utilities average out to $30-40 weekly
- Built-in wardrobe with decent storage space
- Air-con in living room
- Open kitchen with gas stove
- Hybrid laundry machine (washing and dryer)
- Furniture like couch, dining table, chairs beanbag included
- Shared shower/bathroom

Building is EQ Tower, a new building with 4 elevators, dedicated concierge(s), jacuzzi, pool, gym, yoga room, kitchen etc.

Location/position:
- 3 minute walk from Melbourne central
- 15 minute walk to Melbourne University or 3 minutes to the 19 tram
- Balcony view of street-side (not blocked by another building)
- Plenty of restaurants nearby, Coles is a 6 minute walk away, and metro is a 1 minute walk

I'm half chinese half kiwi, from New Zealand, and speak both english and mandarin. I'm typically not at home often as I'm either out busy or with friends. I respect personal space and boundaries, like to be clean, and am always down for a chat.

About you:
I’m looking for a respectful and chill roommate who likes to keep a clean, friendly environment. Preferably someone who is studying/working.
