Hello everyone!!
Sadly, I'll have to move out of my shared girl's room from around 28.02.2026 (a bit flexible) because my time in Melbourne ends.

The rent is $260/person/week

The room is fully furnished, as well as the flat, with all needed kitchen and bathroom amenities and you will have your own bed, cupboard and warddrobe. I was hesitating about shared rooms but am now actually quite enjoying it. There is more privacy than one may think :)

There are 4 people living in the apartment (including you), all in their 20s and from different countries and we've all have become friends. In the other room, there are two boys. We enjoy spending time and exploring places in the CBD together but also respect each others space. Your roommate will often be gone during the day and on evenings but is also almost always down to watch a TV show or do something together if she's not working.

The Midtown apartment is located right in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD, 4 minutes from Southern Cross Station and 2 minutes from tram lines. The building includes:

A garden terrace with barbeque facilities to sit with friends
2 pools and gym's
Open-air (but roofed) bouldering facility

The 2-bedroom apartment has a generous dining and kitchen area with a private balcony, wooden floors and modern furniture. The bedroom has a built-in warddrobe which is really convenient.
