We’re out most weekdays for work/school from 7am til 7pm and usually spend weekends at home or out if the weather’s nice. The current lovely tenant is Japanese and will be moving out on 05/03 due to visa restrictions. We’ve really enjoyed having her here and are sad to see her leave Australia.

We're now looking for a new tenant – a friendly, organised and respectful female (preferably student or one with a stable income, no couples sorry). We’re both easygoing, tidy and enjoy keeping a peaceful, harmonious atmosphere at home, we are hoping to find the one who fits our lifestyle.
