About the property
Hi,
We have 1 bed available.($190). There is a maximum of two people in each room. The bed is available on 23/2/26.
The apartment is located in Flinders Lane near the corner of Spencer St. The apartment has a really good mix of people in it with everybody in there early to mid twenties.
There are three rooms with bunk beds in each room. Plenty of closet space in each room.
The apartment building has a gym, sauna and pool. The building in quiet and well managed. The floor neighbours are a mix of students and full time residents and it is also quiet.
I am happy to show people around. There is nobody living in the common spaces areas and there is also a lounge with TV to relax in.
All bills Wifi, etc included...Minimum stay 2 months. 2 weeks rent in advance, 2 weeks security deposit and 2 weeks notice. Washing machine and dryer provided.
P.S. I don't live at the property but there is a great bunch of people in the apartment.
