About the flatmates
I have an available bedroom, from 01st JULY 2026 in our fully furnished 3 bedrooms apartment
This room is equipped with a double bed c/w lift up storage space, mirrored floor to ceiling spacious built in wardrobe, furnished with study desk, lamp, chair.
This room is accessible to the spacious, beautifully designed common shared bathroom/toilet from the side door, hence, like ensuite.
I am the main tenant, looking for FEMALE flatmate preferably students or fresh graduate, non-smoker, neat, tidy and friendly. Accept only single Female occupant NOT couples.
I am staying in the largest of the 3 rooms, currently working full time.
The other master bedroom is currently tenanted to working full time, Asian Lady, me alike.
This apt is owned by us, hence, all prospective tenants have no worry of having early tenancy termination.
