About the flatmates
I’m 51 and love music, camping 4wding and motorbikes.
I work hard, live a quiet life and don’t have parties or regular company in my home, besides my 3 youngest kids who stay over every second weekend.
The house is a nice 5 bedroom brick home, 2 story.
I’m offering the only downstairs bedroom which has sliding door access to the laundry.
Whilst the laundry is a shared room, it also has a shower and toilet in it with privacy locks on the doors making it similar to having an ensuite for that bedroom.
The new housemate will have shared use of the kitchen, laundry, lounge room, dining room, outdoor deck, all of which are on the lower level, and shared use of the garage, (for storage purposes-not for parking a vehicle).
There is also room to park one medium sized car on the gravel driveway.
It is close to the train station and the lake.
