I'm looking for 1 friendly house mate to fill 1 room in the house (no couple please).

Less than 30-minute driving to/from Hobart, 10-minute driving to/from New Norfolk. I commute to Hobart 5 days a week, it's quite enjoyable.

This house is pretty huge (but cosy) and filled with a lot of natural light during the day. Windows of every room (including the living room) are north facing, there are heaps of light. And every windows are double glazed, which means very warm during the day.

Also, there is a beautiful wood stove in the living room for heating. Literally, the house is full of characteristics.

The house has 3 bedrooms (every room is quite spacious), 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. And there is one shed and vege patch outside. Huge land is part of the property and there is creek next to edge of the property. The rooms will be available at $140 (based on renting two rooms out) plus bills (electricity and internet, tank water and firewood for cold season). 4-week bond required.

I have made lots of projects what I want to do while I stay at the place. It turned out plans are coming true pretty slowly, but I haven't given up and won't give up ;)

First of all, there is beautiful garden built here. Although the concept of ‘from garden to table’ is not new or very trendy anymore in culinary world, but it still is attractive thing to do and worth to keep this approach going I believe. I hope I will be able to grow lots of veges and share with friends, which means more dinner gathering? (There are plenty of space for camping!)

And I want to build outdoor wood fired brick oven (it’s not going to be permanent setup, though) and a firepit for cooking on the grill. And more brewing and fermenting than before.

There will be still a lot more to come other than these, too. But, to be honest, plan is plan, I don’t know how much I will be dedicated and how long these will take to make things happened. Who knows, nothing might be happened, too. Of course, I will be trying to make things happened.
