Very spacious house consisting of 5 large bedrooms, several large living rooms, kitchen/meals area with walk in pantry, TV room all controlled with ducted heating and evaporative cooling systems. Kitchen equipped with all appliances/utensils and pots/pans and dishes available and can be used by tenants. Three fridges/freezers at home have got enough space for everybody! All bills and internet are included in the rent. Free Wi-Fi available. Netflix and YouTube, Smart TV available with mirror screen feature. Washing machine and Dryer available. A large backyard with deck being a quiet spot for chilling out, coffee/reading/smoking/drinking.

Lots of parking spots are available off street and on street.

The rooms come with 2 single beds (in room 4) or queen bed (in all other rooms) and mattress, pillow, quilt, electric throw blanket, bedsides, desk and chair, all rooms have big walk-in robes and shelves/drawer. Room 1 is ensuite, and other rooms are with shared bathroom.

All rooms have the capacity to accommodate a second person/couples as well. If the tenants of a room are 2 people, then rent would be 90$ more per week.
