Hi very young 64 year old female. Easy going.
House is between Coles and Woolworths. Local pub and bottle shop is across the road for a relaxing drink and meal. Railway is 250 meters. Doctors, chemists, dentist and takeaways all in close proximity.
House is older style with high ceilings and floor to roof wardrobes. Cosy and homely.
Very small back yard with the front yard being a resting and feeding place for the local feathered friends. Absolutely no pet dogs, cats or snakes. No couples.
As I work 5-6 days a week guaranteed privacy. References required.
