Hey I'm looking for a room mate you would have the master bedroom which has a ensuite and walkin robe, i do have two pets a indoor cat and a outside dog, the house is quite modern we would half bills being electricity Gas and internet, rent in total currently is 575 a week so 287.50 each please shoot me a message for any questions or if you'd like to come check the place out alternatively as real estate not allowing me to sublease and would need new tenant to apply/go through approval process id be open to a team up to find a place together as not ideal for me to continue paying rent alone if anyone is open to this let me know also wanting to live Northern end of coast ideal or close to border of Lake mac/coast
