About the property
No smokers - not even outside & no druggies. This is a simple homely space limited to just three housemates. It's quiet with no smokers or parties around you like a big share house. The house built by Italian immigrants has an old world charm and lots of garden space.
Lockable room. Unlimited high speed internet (fibre-optic) & all bills included. Double bed, built in wardrobe, block out blinds, fan, space heater, desk. Elevated views 2km from the station, 5 min walk to bus stop. Quiet street with great neighbours.
Large lounge with gas heating, fan & aircon. Dining room, kitchen has plenty of cupboard space, appliances & chest freezer. The house has a warm & friendly atmosphere, it catches the morning sun & the sunset. If anything is wrong - we get it sorted.
We are looking for thoughtful housemates that make the home a nice place to be. Normal home and yard maintenance expected either by yourself or by paying a professional. Chores are shared fairly on rotation, rental history will be checked to avoid grubs. Will consider a couple.

About the flatmates
Two male housemates who are clean, neat, tidy and thoughtful. One person does shiftwork. The house is a peaceful and quiet space. The house has projects that are gradually being done, I always give notice. A cleaner will come to do the common areas once a month but this is only to top up the shared list of chores. Everyone still needs to respect the space and keep it clean. This means if something is not right it will get sorted. There is one shared bathroom, (the toilet is separate from the shower). Be mindful to keep things clean for everyone. Absolutely no smokers.
