About the flatmates
Hello - there is one bedroom available to rent in this 4 bedroom house in Mount Duneed. I am a part owner/landlord.
The rent is $265 per week. This includes private bedroom, bills paid, internet paid and free access to Club Armstrong gym, pool and facilities - with adjacent cafe.
The house is 11 years old and is currently occupied by 2 ladies.
The present occupants are respectful, tidy, easy going, positive and friendly…….they like a healthy lifestyle, beach, socialising and relaxing.
Looking for a third person.
Present occupants are - female (early 30’s - main bedroom with ensuite) and another female (mid 20’s), who the new third occupant would share the bathroom with. Both are working.
There is a separate toilet with basin.
The fourth bedroom is spare.
There are 2 lounge rooms, an outdoor area and back yard.
The house is fully furnished (the present house furniture is different from the pics)
