I am looking to rent one of my spare room spaces.
I am a 37-year-old quiet faller that likes the company of others and the company of himself.
Loves a good laugh but knows when to be quiet and respectful.
I'm quite active in day the daytime with sports and gym but love quiet nights in cooking and watching movies/gaming.
I live in a clean/neat home with my small dog.
In reference to the above, I am looking for the following.
- Someone who is respectful of the beautiful home I live in.
- Someone who is clean and tidy.
- Someone who sociable but can do their own thing to.
- Not a huge fan of too many people at the house.
- Non-smoker.
