Hi, I’m hoping for someone to transfer my lease to so I can move to Melbourne soon.
About the house:
It’s a really lovely home, we have a small backyard, we’re across from Armstrong Creek Shopping Centre and various food places. Inside we have a front lounge and then a large main one with a TV we share. There’s a kitchen with your own cupboard space and pantry space as well as a cupboards in the back. We have a washing machine in our laundry, and a shared garage for storage. Our rent also includes access to Club Armstrong which has a gym, tennis court, two pools and function rooms.
About the room:
You’ll be having the ensuite meaning you have your own bathroom including a toilet and shower.
There’s a walk in wardrobe and I find there is so much space in the room, there’s also a large window looking into the yard.
About the housemates:
Currently there are 4 of us, one will be moving out very soon and the other is still undecided whether they’ll be moving out at the same time too. We’re in our 20’s and all female.
