About the flatmates
Hi there, I'm offering my furnished home to two female flat mates. You will have a furnished and lockable bedroom (4mx4m) with built in robe and other storage. Unlimited NBN included. Queen sized bed with new mattress, ceiling fan and in room TV. You will also have your own bathroom and furnished living room to retreat to. fully equipped shared kitchen, dining and laundry. Lovely pergola with seating, sauna and private garden, off street parking completes the package. Smokers - outdoors only.
Expenses are shared (gas, electricity and water). You will be responsible for cleaning private and shared areas.
About the neighborhood - a quiet private cul de sac with mostly older residents. Quiet housemates (no parties) are the most compatible.
I will be living offsite but will continue to maintain the garden and attend to any maintenance. So, you will see me from time to time.
