Hey Guys
I'm an engineer building a house in Toowoomba MT Kynoch.
I'm looking for two young professionals 20 to 40 to fill out two of the rooms.
Parking will be off-street
Building time should take approximately 16 weeks once the title is issued which should be in the next few weeks.
The photos will be an artist interpretation, however will be furnishing the house in a similar style.
There is enough room in the 2 rooms for a bedside table a queen bed and a desk.
I already have all the furniture spec'ed up
I am looking at expressions of interest to move in when the the build is complete.
I am experienced with running share houses and have run share houses in Victoria for the last 10 years.
