Room for Rent – Mowbray (Female Only, sorry) – $245/week, electricity and NBN are shared among tenants. Rent is paid fortnightly, bond of 4 - week rent, 1 month notice if moving out. Please kindly read all the below to see if it suits you before messaging us :)

We have 1 clean, quiet, fully furnished room available in a 4 bed-room house, located in a safe and quite street, Mowbray. Ideal for a female student or working professional who is tidy, respectful, and looking for a peaceful home. Unfortunately, we can't accommodate friends, stay over and party and no pets are allowed. If you smoke, only outside of the house proximity please.

-When are you looking at moving in and how long are you planning to stay? We prefer long term stay, however, please let me know if not, we can see if we can accommodate this.
-If you don’t mind sharing your nationality
-Any religious practices/restrictions that we should be aware of

There is a lovely and spacious yard with vegetable patches if you are interested in growing your own veggies

Location:
• Close to UTAS Newnham campus, Australian Maritime College
• Walking distance to Coles, Woolworths, Zap Fitness, KFC, Shiploads, TerryWhite Chemmart, Chemist Warehouse, Asian Town Launceston Chemist Warehouse, Targets, Reject Shop, Australia Post, local shops, cafes, and other amenities
• Easy access to public transport, 2 mins walk to bus stop, bus to CBD is every 10-15 mins
• Short drive to nearby shopping and restaurants, and an easy commute to the CBD
• Includes: water. However, Electricity( around $10-$15 per week) and Internet (around $5 per week) are to share among the tenants.
• Kitchen amenities, mattress, bed, pillow, desks, etc. Let me know if you require anything.

• Quiet, clean and respectful
• No pets

We are looking to share with someone who’s respectful and clean doesn’t mind sharing a meal every now and then. We love cooking and sharing cuisines, culture and knowledge.

We are not party girls, who enjoy peace and quiet most of the time, doing our garden.
