Hello I'm Casper(F) looking for house mate in murray bridge:)
I'm renting out a single room (bed2)included powder room and shared bathroom.
*bed is super single so not suitable for couple.
Bills included( gas,electricity,water and NBN) unless over everage.
No need minimum staying or minimum notice.

The location is in heart of murray bridge* new bridge area.
We have security camera outdoor for safety, finger print either pin door lock, washing and dryer machines, air-conditioning, room's fully furnished.

One couple and one man lives* roomies have been staying here an year so far. Have a cat and occasionally dog visits.
Party or inviting friends,smoker are okay.

General area cleans are on me just because cat hair.

Room availability is after 18th Fab.
